There is a phenomenon I have observed frequently over the past 5 years that I felt compelled to write an article about. The purpose is to provide an explanation for software developers around the world about how they can improve their communication interactions with clients. The ability to communicate effectively and in a way that instills confidence in clients is just as important as technical skills especially in a quickly globalizing IT world.
